    On November 2nd, HP pushed new firmware to printers used with CF500 series cartridges through WiFi and wired network, causing the replacement chips to be unrecognized by the corresponding upgraded printer and it reports a "Supply problem". By November 6th, the firmware for the CF500 series has been updated to 20201021 on the HP website, and the old firmware is unavailable any longer.
     


    However, APEXMIC's updated solution for the CF500 series is now available and delivery is also resumed. You can contact your sales manager to place orders!
